I bought my house in December. No issues until Tuesday night. My laundry room lights didn't work and my outside light didn't work. When I got up for work on Wednesday morning, my coffee pot was off, the outlet had stopped working. I didn't turn my air conditioners on because I had no idea what the issue was. While at work, I looked up electricians and Steeds was the first one I came too. I read a couple reviews and decided to call them. I work 12 hour shifts and was not going to be home until after 7pm. That wasn't an issue. John was willing to meet me that late. He was waiting here when I got home. He looked at things and went to work, always keeping me informed as to what he was doing. He's very polite, professional, he even made sure my kitten didn't get outside and paid attention to my puppy. My issue was more intense than first thought. He fixed my issue and everything works. I'm so grateful he was the one I called. Any more issues, he has my business and I plan on telling friends how he worked late to get all my lights and outlets back working.
